Orienteering

Orienteering

Orienteering requires navigational skills using a map and sometimes a compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain.  If you want to test your map reading skills then head over to the Redwoods in Rotorua and have a go at the permanent orienteering course set up in the forest.

Orienteering Bay of Plenty often holds events throughout the Bay of Plenty, for more information go to their website - www.obop.org.nz
